Current Open Position:

Danella Construction Corp. of PA has an excellent opportunity for a Health and Safety Professional based in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This position is a key management role, with requirements for hands-on-field participation.

Strong knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards, Utility Regulations, Overhead & Underground Electrical Distribution installation, and DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General Responsibilities:

• Be a leader is our safety program
• Conduct training classes
• Conduct work site observations ( Travel in PA, NY, VA. MD, DE )
• Recordkeeping and tracking
• Accident / incident investigation, Root-Cause Analysis

Skill Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Proficiency in written and verbal business communication skills, Spanish is a plus
• Familiar with Human Performance / Behavior Based Safety

• Day Shift
• Monday to Friday
• On Call
• Weekend Availability

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of utility construction safety management experience preferred
• OSHA 10-30 hour required
• Undergraduate degree, or equivalent, in Occupational Safety and Health (preferred)
• Highschool diploma or GED
